Klenik is a settlement to the east of Vače in the Litija municipality in central Slovenia. Traditionally the area was part of Lower Styria and is now included with the rest of the municipality into the Central Slovenia statistical region.[2]
The local church is dedicated to the Holy Cross and belongs to the Vače parish. It was built in the 19th century on the site of an earlier chapel and was restored in the 1990s.[3]
